Snowmobile driver hospitalized after crash with SUV

PINE GROVE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A man is recovering after his snowmobile collided with a SUV in Van Buren County.

Deputies responded to a crash on Kal Haven Trail just south of County Road 388 around 4:20 p.m. Thursday.

Authorities said a 40-year-old Kalamazoo man was traveling eastbound on Kal Haven Trail when his snowmobile collided with a southbound Saturn on a private driveway.

The snowmobile driver was taken to a hospital after he appeared to be disoriented and complained of dizziness.

The driver of the SUV was not injured.
