Find a new friend at Mackenzie’s open house

Griffin at Mackenzie's Animal Sanctuary

LAKE ODESSA, Mich. (WOOD) Spring is a great time to bring home a new family member than can help you enjoy the great outdoors. Griffin came to Mackenzie’s Animal Sanctuary last year. This German Shepherd mix would be a good fit for an active family who will spend time giving Griffin lots of room to exercise and also working with him on his manners and commands.

Griffin knows how to relax, too. He loves to cuddle and watch TV. He’s friendly with everybody and can’t wait to meet the right match and jump into a home of his own some time soon.

If you think your home is the right fit for Griffin, give Mackenzie’s a call at (616) 693-2490. They make the adoption process easy by setting up a time for you to visit Griffin or any of the dogs at their place. They’ll set up a visit at your home with the dog of your choice to ensure it’s a good match for everyone.

Mackenzie’s is having an open house on Saturday from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. The theme is “lasting love,” focusing on their senior dogs. They’re welcoming the public to come out and see what they are all about. There will be refreshments, tours, and information on adopting, volunteering, and donating.
