WYOMING, Mich. (WOOD) – Lee High School was evacuated for a short time Wednesday morning due to reports of an unknown odor.
The source of the odor appears may have been caused by someone releasing pepper spray near the boys locker room, according to superintendent David Britten.
The building was given the all-clear around 10:40 a.m. by emergency personnel for students and staff to return.
School officials are reviewing surveillance video for any information that may lead to the person who may have caused the incident.
Classes will continue as normal for the rest day.
