2 home invasion suspects arrested in BC

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (WOOD) — Two suspects were arrested after allegedly trying to break into a Battle Creek home.

The break-in occurred around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday at a home in the 100 block of Rockford Street.

When officers arrived they saw three suspects running from the area.

After a short foot chase one of the suspects was arrested. A K-9 unit was able to track a second suspect who was hiding nearby. The third suspect was not located.

Both of the suspects who were caught were charged with home invasion and are being held at the Calhoun County Jail.
