Running is a family affair

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich (WOOD) Thousands of women will take to the streets of Grand Rapids on Sunday, April 19, for the third annual Gazelle Girl. Mary Musick is just one of those runners. She’s taking part in the race with her daughter, Andrea. Musick started running several years ago as a way to inspire all the women in her family to get more active and live a healthy lifestyle.

The Gazelle Girl Half Marathon and 5K is on Sunday, April 19 at 8 a.m. Everything kicks off from Calder Plaza in downtown Grand Rapids. There’s still time to sign up! Visit the Gazelle Girl website to learn how.
