Grand Rapids Ballet rehearses "Beethoven"

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) A big performance is coming up for the Grand Rapids Ballet. Artistic Director Patricia Barker and choreographer Mario Radacovsky collaborated on an original creation called “Beethoven.”

The ballet will make its world premiere in Grand Rapids starting on May 8. It tells the story of Beethoven’s life as you may never have heard it before.

“Beethoven” runs May 8 through 10 and May 15 through 17 at the Peter Martin Wege Theatre in Grand Rapids. Tickets are available online or by calling the box office at (616) 454-4771.
