Police seek suspect who robbed Muskegon gas station

MUSKEGON, Mich. (WOOD) — Police in Muskegon are looking for a suspect who robbed a gas station Wednesday morning.

The armed robbery happened around 10:45 a.m. at the Admiral Gas Station located at 531 E. Laketon Avenue.

The suspect fled the gas station south on foot along Jarman Street with unknown amount of money, according a news release. Police say the suspect then got into a black sedan and headed towards Muskegon Heights.

Police describe the suspect as a dark skinned man with a husky build, around 6 feet tall. He was last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, white gloves and a mask. The suspect had a large black handgun.
