Ex-teacher charged for alleged relationship with student

St. JOSEPH, Mich. (WOOD) — A former St. Joseph High School teacher has been arraigned on criminal sexual conduct charges involving a student.

Lauren Hill, 26, of St. Joseph, was arraigned Thursday on four charges of criminal sexual conduct involving a student at St. Joseph High School. Her bond was set at $10,000.

Two of the charges Lauren faces allege sexual contact with a minor under the age of 16, while two of the charges allege sexual penetration with a minor 16- to 18-years-old.

All the charges involve one student and carry a penalty of up to 15 years in prison.
