2 stabbed in BC; police seek suspect

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (WOOD) — Police are looking for a suspect who stabbed two people in Battle Creek.

Officers were called to the 200 block of South Avenue on a reported shooting early Thursday morning.

When police arrived, they found two victims with non-life threatening injuries. They were taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The victims told police the stabbing was a result of a previous argument.

The suspect was identified and is currently being sought by the Battle Creek Police Department.

Charges are being submitted by the Calhoun County Prosecutors Office.
