HOLLAND, Mich. (WOOD) What started in a kitchen in Holland is now becoming a healthy food force! Veronica Bosgraaf founded Pure Food when her six-year-old daughter decided to become a vegetarian. Now, ten years later, the brand is sold nationwide.
Pure Food features plant-based recipes as well as low sugar, gluten-free and vegan ones. The recipes are all simple, healthy, balanced, and of course, delicious!
Bosgraaf has compiled her recipes into the new Pure Food Cookbook. Come check it out at a book signing at Barnes & Noble in Grandville on June 13 from 2 to 4 p.m.
