GRANDVILLE, Mich. (WOOD) — Grandville city officials are considering approval of a 10-story mixed-use development.
If approved, the Grand Castle apartment and office complex would go up on 28th Street SW just east of I-196. The main building would include a 10-story tower.
A mobile home park used to occupy the site where the building would be built.
The Grandville Planning Commission has already reviewed and recommended the project. The City Council will discuss it at its July 13 meeting.
