Holland Township barn catches fire

A barn fire on 112th Avenue. (July 4, 2015)


HOLLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A barn fire northeast of Holland sent up a large plume of dark smoke Saturday afternoon.

The fire broke out in the 4500 block of 112th Avenue, south of New Holland Street in Holland Township.

A plume of smoke could be seen rising from the fire on a WOOD TV8 skycam in Holland.

There were not any reports of anyone being hurt.

The cause of the fire is not yet known.
