Game for kids at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital

GR8bit LIVE! 3

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — On Saturday, July 11 at 10 a.m., GR8bit LIVE! 3 comes to DeVos Place. GR8bit Live has made it their mission to provide better entertainment for kids at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital. After two years of successful video game music concerts, GR8bit Live is stepping it up!

GR8bit Live known as a “nerd convention with a charitable spirit” is calling gamers because this year there will be a fantastic vendor hall available for individuals wishing to show off and/or sell their favorite gaming activities. The event will also include plenty of casual gaming, both video and table top, as well as raffles and a Smash Bros tournament.

The event is free, but donations are appreciated. All of the donations will go to the Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital to purchase new video and board game equipment for the children. Performers will include musical groups, such as Super Guitar Bros., Playing with Power!, Knight of the Round, Mail Order Monsters, Gimmick!, My Parents Favorite Music, Arc Impulse and more.
