16 guns stolen from Coopersville gun shop

COOPERSVILLE, Mich. (WOOD) — Authorities are investigating after more than a dozen handguns were stolen from a Coopersville gun shop.

Palladium Gun Shop, located at 158 Eastmanville St., south of Danforth Street, was broken into around 1:30 a.m. Saturday, according to the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office.

When deputies arrived on scene, they discovered a broken window in the shop. A K-9 was called to track the gun thieves, but lost the scent just north of the business.

Sixteen handguns were reported stolen. The makes and models of the missing guns have not been released.
