Police ask for public’s help in Kzoo suspicious death

KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) — Police are asking for the public’s help for more information about a suspicious death in Kalamazoo Tuesday morning.

The body of 54-year-old Kenneth Alan Madison, of Kalamazoo, was discovered on a sidewalk in the 600 block of Vine Street near Crosstown Parkway just after 8:30 a.m., according to a release from the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety. Police tried to revive Madison, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

An autopsy, which will determine how Madison died, will take six to eight weeks to complete.
