GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — If you’re trying to find a parking spot during the first weekend of ArtPrize Seven, 24 Hour News 8 has some tips and tricks to help you out.
The cheapest city lots, that usually have spots open are at Seward Avenue and Lake Michigan Drive, and Ionia Avenue and Mason Street.
Each lot costs just $2 during the week, and both are free at night and on the weekends.
If you want to get a little closer to city center and are willing to pay, try these parking ramps: DeVos Place, Government Center and the ramp at the corner of Pearl Street and Ionia Avenue.
The event rate for Government Center is $8; it costs $7 at Pearl and Ionia and $9 at DeVos Place.
