GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) Heartside Ministry reaches out to assist people in every way all year long, and especially during the colder months!
Heartside Ministry provides a safe environment for people to grow through worship, GED classes, an online computer center, a gallery showcasing artists’ works, and studios for painting, drawing, pottery, wood work, and fabric arts.
Heartside Ministry offers art programs where neighbors can sell their artwork. You can help support these programs at the annual “Art of the Heart” gala. It’s Thursday, October 22 at The Cheney Place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets are $75 and can be purchased online.
Heartside Ministry is also seeking donations for the upcoming winter months. They are in need of gloves, socks, blankets, and personal care items. You can drop items off at 54 S. Division in Grand Rapids from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays and from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sundays.
