GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) The Pink Cart program was created by Cascade Cart Solutions six years ago to help kick breast cancer to the curb. Now it’s teaming with Native War Paints to go pink in a whole new way.
Many people expressed interest in wanting to buy a pink cart, but their garbage company won’t allow it. So Cascade Cart Solutions and Native War Paints came up with a solution. The Pink Cart Nail Art kit includes a mini pink cart with three special pink nail polishes, placement glitters, and applicators. The kits are $25 and $3 from each sale goes directly to the American Cancer Society.
The Pink Cart program has sold 115,000 carts in the United States and Canada and is continuing to expand its program across North America. So far, it has raised more than $500,000 for awareness programs in the communities in which the carts were purchased.
