GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — In the past week, police have arrested four more suspect of domestic violence who were put on a Silent Observer wanted poster.
Of the 24 suspects featured on Silent Observer’s “Love Does Not Hit” wanted poster, 15 of them have been arrested since it was released in the beginning of October.
Grand Rapids Police Department Sgt. Terry Dixon told 24 Hour News 8 that the suspects featured on the poster where picked because they have active domestic violence warrants and considered the “most dangerous offenders based on the charge and history of the offender.”
Officials with Silent Observer said they made the poster to raise awareness of domestic violence in the community.
If you have any information on the location of the nine remaining suspects, please call Silent Observer at 616.774.2345, text TIP138 or www.silentobserver.org.
Silent Observer is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest of the remaining suspects.
