HOLLAND, Mich. (WOOD)— As loved ones prepare to say goodbye to a Holland woman who was murdered in Grand Rapids, the search for her killer continues.
Melissa Moore, 31, was shot and killed near Knapp Street and Truxton Drive NE on Nov. 6.
Authorities have issued an open murder warrant for the arrest of 38-year-old Jermaine Cooper. Acquaintances have said Cooper was Moore’s boyfriend.
Moore leaves behind two sons, ages 11 and 15, as well as three sisters and her parents.
According to an obituary posted Dykstra Funeral Home’s website, Moore’s visitation will take place 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Dykstra Funeral Home’s Northwood Chapel in Holland.
Her memorial service will take place Saturday at Harlem Reformed Church, also in Holland.
