GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Police arrested a 29-year-old man Monday for allegedly peeping into a home in Grand Rapids
Xavier Jajuan Davis, 29, was arraigned on a first-degree home invasion charge in 61st District Court on Monday. His bond is set for $50,000.
Davis had allegedly been looking into windows of a home in the 1100 block of E Fulton Street during the night. He was seen in the area between Sept. 11 and Oct. 4.
Davis was previously convicted of window peeping in Ottawa County in 2012. He spent nearly two years in the state correctional system after the conviction and was discharged in September 2014.
He will be back in court on Dec. 17 for a preliminary examination in the new case.
