Angel Tree still in need of toys before distribution

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — The Salvation Army is still in need of toys just a day before they begin distributing gifts.

The Salvation Army Angel Tree Toy Drive provides Christmas gifts for children around West Michigan who would go without Christmas gifts this year.

If you can help out, the Salvation Army told 24 Hour News 8 they need toys for boys and girls, ages 6 to 12.

You can drop off toys at the Dickinson Park facility, located at 1632 Linden Avenue SE in Grand Rapids, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday.

The final distribution day for the Angel Tree Toy Drive is Thursday.
