As of Tuesday morning, the odds of winning the top Powerball sum were 1 in 292 million.

Michigan is home to three top-winning Powerball tickets since the state began offering the lottery game in 2010.  At least one of those winners is from West Michigan.  Julie Leach picked up her winning $310.5 million ticket from the Three Rivers West Shell station last year.

The next Powerball drawing is Wednesday night.
