Crowns, cards and art to fight human trafficking

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich (WOOD) A local organization is celebrating one year of helping provide support for girls and women rescued from human trafficking.

Crowned Free is an apparel and accessories line that gives 35% of its proceeds to organizations that work with girls rescued from human trafficking. The line employs 91 survivors in Cambodia who are among women who’ve been rescued and are taught a trade.

Crowned Free makes t-shirts for women and children, artwork, note cards, scarves, and other accessories
