MUSKEGON, Mich. (WOOD) — A Ravenna-area teen has died six days after the car crash that killed his 10-year-old sister and wounded a second, older sister, according to the family care Facebook page.

The crash happened on the morning of Feb. 4 on Heights Ravenna Road between Muskegon and Ravenna. Authorities say 18-year-old Emily Kubasiak was driving east when she lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a westbound car. Erika Kubasiak, 10, was not wearing her seat belt and was killed in the crash.

Peter Kubasiak, 16, was hospitalized and died on Wednesday, according to the Kubasiak Family Care Page on Facebook.
