GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A highway off-ramp in Grand Rapids is back open nearly a week after it was closed due to flooding caused by a water main break.

The ramp from eastbound I-196 to Ottawa Avenue reopened Monday.

It had been closed since Feb. 9 after a water main break caused flooding downtown.

The ramp from westbound I-196 was also closed after the break, but reopened the next day.
