Division 2, 4 competitive cheer state finals

WALKER, Mich. (WOOD) — The DeltaPlex in Walker was filled with team spirit Saturday for the high school competitive cheer state finals.

In Division 2, Gibraltar Carlson took home its sixth straight state title, the longest streak in any division in MHSAA history.

Kenowa Hills took third place, Mona Shores seventh and Gull Lake eighth.

In Division 4, Breckenridge won all three rounds and took home its second consecutive title.

Shelby had the third highest score in round 3, but finished in seventh place overall.
