Unclaimed $1 million lottery ticket sold in West Michigan

NILES, Mich. (WOOD) — Someone who picked up a Mega Millions ticket in West Michigan is $1 million richer, lottery officials say.

The lucky lottery player purchased the winning ticket from Sunrise Sunset Party Store, located at 1009 Huntly Road in Niles, according to a news release by the Michigan Lottery.

That winner has not yet come forward. Their ticket matches the all five white balls drawn during Friday’s game: 18, 41, 50, 68 and 70.

The winner is urged to contact the Michigan Lottery at 517.373.1237. They have one year to claim their prize.
