Police: Man threatens woman with gun in BC

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (WOOD) — Authorities say a man is in custody after he threatened his live-in girlfriend with a gun at their Battle Creek home.

Battle Creek police were called to the scene around 10 p.m. Friday in the 100 block of Oneita Street. Police say the woman told them the man threatened her with a handgun.

Authorities arrested the man on Oneita Street after a short altercation. Police say two handguns were found at the scene.

The suspect was taken to the Calhoun County Jail on multiple felony charges.
