Upstage Crew performs at Amway Family Fireworks

Upstage Crew rocks out in eightWest studio.

GRAND RAPIDS Mich. (WOOD) – In studio we had Upstage Crew, a band that has been playing the blues for nearly a decade. Upstage Crew’s music is recorded in our very own city of Grand Rapids and truly appeals to all generations.

Upstage Crew draws upon years of collective performance experience. Inspired by 60’s blues revival artists like Peter Green and Charlie Musselwhite as well as West Coast and Chicago blues influences, Upstage Crew plays throwback blues that are sure to please every blues fan.

Let’s meet the guys in the band. They have Todd Dhyne with vocals and harmonica, Rob Ward on the keyboards, Mark Hines on the drums, Jon Gundry on guitar, and Matthew Quail on the Bass Guitar. The crew played for us two original songs, one called “Upstage Crew.”
