GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — An 18-year-old man arrested for using his cellphone to take pictures up women’s skirts at a Meijer store has pleaded guilty.
Joshua Snow pleaded guilty to surveilling an unclothed person during a court appearance on Monday. As part of the plea deal, a second charge will be dropped.
According to the Kent County Sheriff’s Department, Snow recorded images up women’s skirts at the Cascade Meijer on May 23 and May 26.
During both incidents, the victims noticed what Snow was doing and confronted him. He then fled the scene.
According to probable cause documents, one of the victims told police she was with her 4-year-old and 5-year-old children when she noticed Snow walking closely behind her and pulling out a cellphone to take a picture underneath her dress.
Snow is scheduled to be sentenced on Sept. 29.
