KENTWOOD, Mich. (WOOD) — A man accused of filming himself groping a woman while she slept is likely going to prison.

Robert Dale Parker Jr., 32, pleaded guilty Friday to fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct and capturing the image of an unclothed person, according to Kent County Prosecutor Chris Becker.

Becker confirms the victim found a recording of the assault on her own cell phone.

Parker was booked in the Kent County Jail on March 22.

The prosecutor says Parker Jr. also pleaded guilty Friday to one count of child sexually abusive commercial activity and one count of possessing child sexually abusive material in a separate case.

He’s expected back in court for sentencing Aug. 25.
