KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) — Kalamazoo police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man who was found bleeding from the head.

The man was discovered around 7:40 a.m. Sunday in the 1200 block of E. Alcott Street near James Street, according to the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety.

The man, who was unresponsive, was rushed to Bronson Hospital and listed in critical condition. The cause of his injury is not yet clear.

The man was described as either Hispanic or possibly Burmese/Asian/Pacific Islander. Thought to be between the ages of 35 and 45, he is about 5 feet tall and 110 pounds and has black hair. He was wearing a light tan, long-sleeved, button-down shirt and nearly white jeans. He was also wearing a pair of white Donaldo cowboy boots, of which police provided a photo.
