GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Grand Rapids police have identified the 27-year-old man who was fatally shot in the city’s Black Hills neighborhood.

Officers say Brice Carrington Jackson of Grand Rapids suffered multiple gunshot wounds and later died at Mercy Health Saint Mary’s hospital.

The gunfire rang out around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday. Officers found Jackson in the alley between Dorchester and Norwich Avenue SW.

So far no arrests have been made in connection to the case.
