PAW PAW, Mich. (WOOD) — County officials say a gas leak is to blame for the shutdown of the Van Buren County Administration and Land Services building.
The facility at 219 E. Paw Paw Street is expected to remain closed until noon Monday as crews work to repair the leak.
The building houses Van Buren County’s friend of the court, register of deeds, county treasurer and a Michigan State University Extension office. All other county buildings remain open.
It’s unclear what caused the leak.
