CHICAGO, IL (WOOD) – Rachael has been exploring Chicago to bring you the coolest hot spots around the city. One thing a lot of people love doing is eating their way through the city. Chicago is known for its vibrant food scene, and the famous restaurants and chefs located there. The difficult part, is getting to as many eateries as you can when you are only visiting for a day or weekend. Well, we found a solution to that dilemma, and it involves a brand new food experience called, Revival Food Hall.

With 15 dining options in this amazing, renovated building, Revival really allows you to taste different Chicago neighborhoods in one place! Another place we love? The Virgin Hotel has been open for almost a year and a half. It’s a boutique hotel, loaded with style, and very artistic. It features unique offerings like “social hour” from 7-8 p.m., with free drinks to hotel guests in their swanky “Commoner’s Club”. They have amenities like free wifi, and it’s a dog friendly hotel! The rooms are really fun, with Smeg refrigerators, Vespa chairs, lots of space, and gorgeous views of the Chicago River.

The hotel also has a restaurant called, Miss Ricky’s, named in honor of Richard Branson, the founder of the Virgin Group. It’s a gastro pub which serves up food like burgers, shakes and other delicious dishes. This hotel is the first and only hotel owned by the Virgin Group, and the plan is to open more!

If you’re into American made, custom designed bikes, Heritage Bikes in Chicago is for you! All the bikes are made by hand, and it’s set up like a general store, with the shop and a cafe. All these bikes are stunning with amazing craftmanship. Find your favorite in the video above!
