GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — If you’re looking for a backyard buddy, look no further than this week’s pets of the week from the Kent County Animal Shelter.

KCAS pets of the week Daisy
Daisy, who was available for adoption at the Kent County Animal Shelter on Oct. 14, 2016.

First up is Daisy. She’s a 7-month-old hound mix who came to KCAS as a stray, but already makes a sweet companion. This playful floppy-eared puppy is looking for a loving home with her very own fenced-in yard to explore.

KCAS Pets of the Week: Delilah
Delilah, who will be available for adoption at the Kent County Animal Shelter beginning Oct. 17, 2016.

Next is Delilah, who is about 3 years old. Delilah loves car rides, hugs and kisses. She is a great pet to make memories with, as she is brimming with personality.

Delilah was heartworm positive but just finished her treatment, she she’s as healthy as can be. She will be available for adoption beginning Monday, Oct. 17.

Both Daisy and Delilah will be spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and come with a license when adopted.
