Wyoming police: Woman reports assault in driveway

WYOMING Mich. (WOOD) — Police in Wyoming are looking for the man who attacked a woman in her driveway early Friday morning.

The incident happened 5:30 a.m. on the city’s southwest side, according to a Monday release from the Wyoming Department of Public Safety.

The woman said she went out to warm up her car when a man assaulted her. She escaped him, running inside and getting her family to call 911. She sustained minor injuries that she said were the result of the assault.

The attacker was described as an about 5-foot-11, 200-pound man. He was wearing all black clothing, including a dark ski mask and gloves.
