Deputies seek suspects in 2 break-ins at Ottawa Co. restaurant

WRIGHT TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — Ottawa County sheriff’s deputies are investigating after two recent break-ins of a restaurant.

The incidents happened on Oct. 7 and Nov. 6 at Wright Tavern, located at 18800 8th Avenue in Wright Township, northwest of Grand Rapids. The suspects were able to get away with an undisclosed amount of cash, according to Capt. Mark Bennett.

Bennett said in a Wednesday news release that “an article that was stolen” was found in Walker near 3 Mile Road NW and Walker Avenue.
