HOLLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — Detectives are releasing images of a man who robbed a Holland Township business.

It happened around 10:49 p.m. Thursday at Side Door Party Store, located at 673 Douglas Avenue.

The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department says the masked man entered the store, inferred he had a weapon and demanded money from the cash register. It’s unclear if the object he was holding was weapon or just made to look like one.

The suspect got away with an undetermined amount of cash. Police K-9s tracked the suspect east to the spot where a witness said the robber rode away on a bicycle.

The robber is approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs between 150 pounds and 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing gray sweatpants, a black hoodie, a mask and gloves.
