Battle Creek Bomb Squad training in city on Monday

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (WOOD) — People in the city of Battle Creek will notice a large number of emergency crews in the area Monday afternoon, but they shouldn’t worry.

The Battle Creek Police Department Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Bomb Squad will be training between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.

The training will take place in the north central, central, northeastern and eastern parts of the city, according to police.

Those in the area may hear loud noises and see ERT and Bomb Squad vehicles during the training.
