$5K reward offered after trailer stolen from MC Sports warehouse

KENTWOOD, Mich. (WOOD) — A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest after a 53-foot trailer was stolen.

Police say the trailer was stolen from MC Sports warehouse, located at 3070 Shaffer Avenue SE, on Oct. 22.

The Wabash Reefer trailer belonged to Koleaseco Inc. It was labeled with the company’s name and logo, along with trailer number L16030 and a Maine registration plate of 201526C.

Kentwood police believe the suspect was driving a blue Freightliner tractor with no visible license plate or decals at the time of the theft.

Koleaseco Inc. is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of those responsible and the return of the trailer.
