Suspect arrested for Jan. drive-by shooting in Holland

HOLLAND, Mich. (WOOD) — A suspect was arrested in connection to shooting in Holland earlier this year.

Multiple police agencies have been investigating several gang-related shootings and incidents that happened in Holland area over the past year.

As part of that investigation, police arrested a suspect Wednesday in connection to a drive-by shooting on Jan. 17 in the 300 block of West 31st Street not far from Jefferson Elementary School. He was charged with shooting at an occupied dwelling, felony firearms, gang affiliation and habitual offender.

No one was hurt in the shooting.

The suspect’s name is being held pending arraignment on Dec. 6.
