No one injured in Grand Rapids fire

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Investigators are working to determine what sparked a fire in Grand Rapids on Sunday.

Authorities were called around 3:40 p.m. Sunday to a fire in the 1000 block of S. Division Avenue, according to dispatchers.

Multiple hoses were seen being used to try to stop the flames from spreading from the vacant building to a nearby house.

Firefighters on scene told 24 Hour News 8 that everyone made it out of the building safely.

Division Avenue was shutdown while multiple crews worked to put out the flames.
