Cooler Long-Range Outlook

This is the 8-14 day temperature outlook from the Climate Prediction Center for May 2 – 8.  They are forecasting a bit of a change for much of the country.  Michigan is “in the blue” and that means a higher than average chance of below normal temperatures.  One of the models I look at has it almost cold enough for snow here around May 3rd.    Won’t go with that (at least not yet), but the cooler trend looks likely.  This after a warm April, which stands at 4.3° warmer than average.   This is the 8-14 day precipitation outlook for…
