The Cold (and Snow) IS Coming!

First, the coldest air of the season will move into W. Michigan and the Great Lakes starting next Weds. night.  The map above is the GFS model for next Thursday evening…506 thickness…brisk NW wind off Lake Michigan…at the very least lake-effect snow showers, cold enough for slippery roads.  The GFS gives G.R. high temps. of 30 for Thurs. and Fri. and that’s with the wind coming off the lake.  The 30 on Thurs. will likely be in the early AM and it probably won’t get past the mid 20s on Friday.  The model also gives G.R. a 22 mph wind…
